Keep Food Safety in Mind
The holding cabinets have externally mounted thermometers on the doors to easily monitor food holding temperatures. Sneeze guards meets food preparation requirements for height and lenght. Optional Hand Sink Cart makes hand washing convinient.
Flexible Serving Options
Select a serving top to hold 4 or 6 full size (12" x 20" x 6") Gastronorm pans. Add our white Cutting Boards (CB 1200) or matched color Well Covers (WCR1200) for further flexibility (not included).

 Large Storage Capacity
Two hot or cold food holding cabinets store Gastronorm pans with covers:
12 GN 1/1 full size 2 1/1" deep pans,
8 GN 1/1 full size 4" deep pans,
6 GN 1/1 full size 6" deep pans,
or 4 GN 1/1 full size 8" deep pans.
One dry goods storage area includes a lockable cash drawer to safe keep money and valuables.

Easy Transporting and Docking
With molded in handles & four 6" swiveling casters, the CamKiosk, Hand Sink Cart and Work Station are easy to transport. Two of the casters lock for easy docking of each module.
