| There are multiple stages to manufacture all R.H. Forschner knives. Each Victorinox knife is constructued by stamping out a single sheet of metal. The blade is hardened, tempered, ground, polished, etched and finishes. R.H. Forschner stamped knives feature a 3/4 or 7/8 tang and are beautyfully finished. All R.H. Forschner Fibrox handles have an ergonomic design and a gritty finish which allows for increased safety when the handle is wet or greasy. Fibrox handled knives are NSF approved. | |
